It Could Be Worse

I tell ya, staying at home with two kids is not the easiest thing in the world, but it could be worse. Look at this little (almost two toothed face!). Teeth and almost walking! I am so privileged to be able to be with these little kids all day everyday. Even if for THE LIFE OF ME I can not get my house to stay clean for more than two hours. You know you are OCD about it when all you want to do is leave the house so it stays clean, but again, it could be worse.
Anyways, sorry for the nudity I just think the little baby cottage cheese bums couldn't be more endearing as well as the uneven new teeth attached to the huge smiles. Being infatuated with your children is the best.

A Few For Now

I tell you what, there is not much I want to do after Christmas, but it's nice to have a break and re start with a fresh set of eyes. Meet the Bankheads, our good friends. He and Jake met on their missions and they have been biking soul mates ever since. Well, until he moved to Kentucky. There may be some tears shed this summer when Jake needs a biking buddy, but I might enjoy him around on Saturday mornings secretly. Anyways, I have only peeked myself into this freezing shoot a few days before Christmas and here is what I have so far. Once the disaster that we used to call our living room is cleaned up, there will be much more!

P.S. I'm not really a fan of the borders, what do ya think?.. Thought I'd give it a try.

In True Holiday Spirit

You can't have a picture blog without Christmas tree pictures, can you? No way, thus my friend Ashley's gorgeous tree that was picture worthy, or maybe since I was in such the holiday spirit from hanging with my dear friends that I couldn't help myself. Either way, MERRY CHRISTMAS! Thanks for visiting me here and I hope you love your holiday!

My favorite thing in my house, the windows! And only 3 more doors to open until Christmas!!

So tonight over at my in laws Jake got Beck to take steps! It's so cool, but so sad. I seriously can't believe my second child is about to walk, I swear he was just born. This picture was taken in the summer when he started to crawl. In an instant they are not babies anymore. I can feel the day soon coming when I have no babies and am nostalgic for the hectic days of changing diapers. Ah sweet peanut.

MMM.. Snow..... YUM

This cute little guy was tied up next to Big City Soup the other day. He only stopped eating the snow to look at me and the wind was blowing his hair out of his eyes. I think he's adorable.

The Chizats

I bet I now know what the best thing about having me as a sister is: instant three hour family pictures! Walk outside the building you work at for lunch.. done and done.

This little one was so stinkin' cute! I was basically his favorite person in the world :)

I had a great time at this shoot, they are some awesome people and good sports.
And thanks Sharstin for the referral!

Mrs. Blue Eyes

I have learned two very important things from this shoot: 1) Internet mutes the colors of my pictures immensely and 2) Beautiful people really make me look good, therefore I will post a lot of pictures of them on my site so I look good :)

Not that I need to point it out, but this little girl is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL LITTLE GIRL EVER. I mean, next to mine, but she competes for it.

You may remember these:

My Village

They say it takes a village to raise a child-well this is part of my village. These are our good friends that I just love and my children's same-age best friends. I just love the first one and the way the light bounced off his drooling lips.
